Ever feel almost too excited to share your vision? Ever end up trying too hard and coming off as pushy not creating a win win for those you are communicating with? Often as leaders we get so excited about going forth in our vision that we end up being too aggressive ultimately losing out on some key opportunities that may have developed. Especially as new leaders keeping the ball in play can be essential to gaining trust and at some point having the opportunity to share our vision and ask for commitment.
